About this shop

One subject, one page, and a plain account of where the shirts come from.

The shop started in 2021 as a list one father kept for himself. Friends kept asking him what to get the coach at the end of the season, the list grew, the jokes found their categories, and at some point publishing it beat sending it out one email at a time.

The rule has not changed since. A shirt gets in if the joke is about soccer and a person would actually wear it. Nothing else earns a place: not the size of the maker, not the discount on the day, not the keywords somebody stuffed into the title.

What the sorting looks like

The printing belongs to the makers and the selling to our retail partner: everything that follows an order lives with them. What lives here is the sorting: we pull the print out of the words the maker wrote, name the role it suits, the cut, the size range and the price as we last read it.

We also say when we do not know. A shirt without ratings says so. Where the maker names no cut, we leave the row blank rather than guess. That reads less tidy than a full table and helps a good deal more.
